a "school fairy" comes to visit our house--last year she wrote notes to my daughter when she was worried. this year, the kids left their backpacks out and the school fairy came and filled them with little trinkets--kind of like santa claus. they loved it!
ReplyDeleteI haven't done this yet, but a friend of mine who homeschools does a scavenger hunt with her girls. They hide all their school supplies throughout the house, each supply has a hint to where the next supply is. I guess the girls have a blast.
