Hi Friends! It's with a great deal of sadness, we share that Amy from Teach Mama's time with us as a regular contributor, has come to an end. We've really appreciated the insight she has provided and the excellent articles she has written- full of suggestions and practical ways to be your child's teacher.
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank Amy for being a part of ABC & 123: A Learning Cooperative and let her know she'll be missed. But don't worry, you can still find Amy at her blog Teach Mama and on her NING forum We Teach!
You'll still be able to find all of Amy's posts here, they can be easily accessed through our link bar under Language Arts, scroll down and click on Teach Mama.
We've also compiled them into a handy list below:
Teach Mama: A Look Closer at Literacy
Teach Mama: Read with Family and Friends: Readeo Review
Teach Mama: Take Time to Rhyme
Teach Mama: Creating Word Conscious Kids
Teach Mama: Oral Language and Read-Alouds
Teach Mama: Making Connections During Read-Alouds
Teach Mama: Making Predictions During Read-Alouds
Teach Mama: Visualizing During Read-Alouds
Teach Mama: Activating Schema During Read-Alouds
Teach Mama: Print Referencing During Read-Alouds
From now on Tara and her Little Cooks with Books posts will take the place of Amy's Teach Mama's articles on alternating Mondays.
Amy's insights have definitely been appreciated! Thank you!
