Fold an origami boat. This reminds of of the fun Curious George book about turning all of the delivery boy's newspapers into little boats.

Styrofoam Boats
Learn to draw sailboats, submaries, pirate ships, speedboats, and Navy ships.
Make an Incredible Ice Boat or Foam Boat.
Use rectangular shapes for the boat, then tape or glue a paper triangle onto a popsicle stick and insert this into the "boat." Let the children paint and/or glitter-glue all over to make their boats extra-special. Consider having boat races once the boats are ready and dry.
