Spring is blooming! The baby animals, the Easter eggs, and the pastel colors made a grand appearance in last week's show and tell. Exciting!
Our Creative Day used tissue papaer to make a beautiful cherry blossom tree.Handprint and Footprint Art shared a lovely spring cherry blossom tree and variations on the project.
Miller Moments used Q-tips to make spring blossoms on their branches.
We are looking forward to finally getting some buds on the trees here in our neighborhood. Hopefully in time for April's Earth Day! If you are planning ahead for Earth Day you may want to check out Storytime for Me. They offer free personalized books for children, parents, and teachers. Two of their titles are written specifically for Earth Day. Storytime for Me is an amazing, free reading program designed for toddlers and early elementary school students. The interactive site allows children to read or listen to picture books. If you check it out you will appreciate that they don't require a registration to use their service.
