Tunes for Kids: Jack Johnson

For some reason when I think of summer time music, I think of Jack Johnson. I hum his songs while I push the kids at the playground and watch them monkey around in the sun.

Jack Johnson is a singer-songwriter known for soft rock and acoustic music. His highest selling album is Sing-A-Longs and Lullabies for the Film Curious George, with 4 million albums shipped worldwide, due to the success of the 2006 Curious George film.

Here are two of our favorite Jack Johnson songs for you to share with your kids, and to get stuck in your musical brain.

    I work in a child development center and our neighboring class was playing this CD today. I loved it and am planning on getting it. It is the perfect mellow music to keep everyone feeling calm. :)

    We are HUGE Jack Johnson fans! Love his music! Thanks for sharing the animated video with Jack and George - my three year old couldn't take her eyes off of it!
